Artist Booth Application

How much does it cost?
The total cost for a single booth is $650. The breakdown of the booth fee is below.
$500 provides a 10'x10' booth, which includes 2 badges for 2 tattoo artists and a wristband for an assistant.
$150 covers the Virginia temporary tattoo artist license for 2 artists, which is required for ALL out-of-state tattoo artists wishing the attend. Each artist pays $75. *If you are licensed in Virginia, you do not need a temp license, so this fee is waived.
A deposit of half the total cost ($325, or $250 if you are licensed in Virginia) is required after your application is reviewed and approved.

In addition to this form submission, artists are legally required to have a temporary Virginia DPOR (Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation) license. For each artist attending, please download and send a DPOR Temporary License Form(.PDF) to us at email@example.com. Please ensure that the names listed in the temporary license applications are the same as the full artist names entered below.
Once your registration application has been received and approved, we will send you a link to complete your booth deposit. Please ensure that the email addresses you enter are correct.
